Deep Tissue
Description
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness, and sore shoulders.
Some of the same strokes are used as classic massage therapy, but the movement is slower and the pressure is deeper and concentrated on areas of tension and pain.
60 Minutes – $95
90 Minutes – $145
120 Minutes – $195
Services
Massage therapists may use fingertips, knuckles, hands, elbows, and forearms during the deep tissue massage.
You may be asked to breathe deeply as the massage therapist works on certain tense areas.
It is important to drink plenty of water as you can after the massage to flush metabolic waste from the tissues.
We offer the following aromatherapy oils for massage:
Ylang Ylang – for uplifting and soothing.
Lemongrass – calm and revitalize, helping you wash away the cares of the day and begin anew.
Orange & Bergamot – refreshing, instills a feeling of joy.
Cypress – calming and relaxing with a fresh, spicy and woody scent.
Manuka – a healing anti-inflammatory which also reduces stress.
Blend of the Month – always different, discover more…
Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and swelling.
In addition, massage for pregnant women reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, helps to relax nervous tension — which aids in better sleep — and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.
60 Minutes – $90
90 Minutes – $130
120 Minutes – $175
Services
Your therapist will provide a balanced relaxing Thai and Balinese combined massage to suit your needs.
At Bai Pho, our therapists take extra care to ensure our pregnancy massage clients are comfortable. Sideline positioning with supportive, soft cushions is used to alleviate the extra strain on the lower back and pelvic areas when the pressure of massage techniques are applied. Extra strain in these areas can cause unnecessary back or abdominal pain, so naturally we want to avoid any potential discomfort.
Balinese massage is a full-body, holistic treatment. Balinese massage uses a combination of gentle stretches, acupressure, reflexology, and aromatherapy to stimulate the flow of blood, oxygen and “qi” (energy) around your body, and bring a sense of wellbeing, calm and deep relaxation.
60 Minutes – $90
90 Minutes – $130
120 Minutes – $175

Thai foot massage or Reflexology is a wonderful relaxing therapy method, it is known to clear energy lines. It uses hands and a stick to stimulate the reflex points on the feet which focuses on the internal organs of the body.
Heated smooth blue stones are placed on key points of your body to draw and warm muscles for better circulation. The stones are used with warm oils to massage and relax the body.
60 Minutes – $95
90 Minutes – $140
120 Minutes – $180
Services
The massage therapist begins by applying oil to the body, which allows the hot stones to glide smoothly along the muscles. You are lying face down, and the massage therapist then uses the hot stones to massage the back.
After the hot stones have relaxed the muscles, the massage therapist may put down the stones and use his or her hands to directly massage the skin.
The hot stones will then be placed back on to the body and left for a short period of time.
You are then asked to turn over onto your back. The massage therapist places hot stones in the palm of your hand and repeats the sequence.

Our Body Scrubs are all completed with a Coconut Oil & Sugar Rub, it is an extraordinary two in one body treatment, a premium exfoliating product blending fresh sugar cane crystals and Pure Virgin Coconut Oil.
Coconut oil is excellent massage oil for the skin, naturally occurring alpha hydroxyls soften and gently lift aging skin cells, enhancing the buffing action of the sugar cane crystals. The rich and deeply moisturising coconut oil is more able to penetrate, feeding the skin with vital nutrients. The end result is a soft, smooth, beautifully protected, healthy skin.
Designed for all skin types, especially good for very dry, flaky skins.
Services
You will start face-down on a massage table that is covered with a towel and sheet. You will be draped with a sheet so only the part the therapist is working on is exposed. The treatment starts by gently rubbing the exfoliating scrub on your back, the backs of your arms, and the backs of your legs and feet. Then you turn over and the therapist repeats on the other side.
When the therapist is finished, you step into a shower to rinse off, avoid using shower gel as it’s good to keep the oil and aromatics on your skin. While you shower, the therapist will put clean sheets on the treatment table and after you dry off, lie face-down on the treatment table underneath a sheet again, then the therapist returns and applies body lotion or oil.
You then end with a standard massage of your choice. You have the body scrub first because it is stimulating, whereas the massage calms you down.
We have four wonderful fragrances available in our Body Scrub with Coconut Oil range:
